SecurityStudio partners will have their own Nodeware account, where they can manage their clients' Nodeware instances.
Upon purchase of Nodeware, SecurityStudio will send the partner admin a unique URL that allows them to create their separate Nodeware account. The partner admin will need to email nodeware@securitystudio.com once their account is created. SecurityStudio will then assign the purchased assets, and the partner admin can then start working with customers.
Setup Steps
- Create Nodeware account with URL 
- Add team members in settings 
- Create customer instances - Identify and invite customer contact ("technical contact") 
 
- Assign team member(s) to customer 
- Deploy Nodeware for or with customer 
- Run sensors and/or agents scan 
- Go to Reports tab. Download XML Report (Beta) 
- Import XML into client's S2Org account 
Did you know that S2Org integrates directly with Nodeware? Once your account is set up, find your customer's Customer ID and send it to nodeware@securitystudio.com along with your API Key. We will connect their account for you.
PLEASE NOTE: Partners are responsible for managing ALL client activities as they relate to Nodeware (onboarding, deployment, ongoing maintenance, etc.). Please refer to Nodeware resources for all Nodeware-related inquiries. SecurityStudio cannot offer Nodeware support in most cases.
