Upon purchase of Nodeware, SecurityStudio will stand up the customer's Nodeware instance and apply the purchased block of assets. The customer's technical contact (as listed in the purchase agreement) will receive an email invitation directly from Nodeware. The technical contact should register their user and begin deployment of Nodeware.

Setup Steps

  1. Register user in Nodeware account

  2. Deploy Nodeware

  3. Run sensors and/or agents scan

  4. Go to Reports tab. Download XML Report (Beta)

  5. Upload scan file into S2Org account

Did you know that S2Org integrates directly with Nodeware? Once your account is set up, find your Customer ID and send it to nodeware@securitystudio.com. We will connect your account for you.

Responsibilities

SecurityStudio SHOULD NOT be contacted for any activity related to the deployment and maintenance of Nodeware. Please refer to Nodeware resources for all Nodeware-related inquiries. SecurityStudio cannot offer Nodeware support in most cases.

SecurityStudio SHOULD BE contacted for the following:

  • Assistance with personnel changes

    • For example, the technical contact changes

  • Quotes for additional asset blocks

  • Help setting up the Nodeware integration inside S2Org (coming soon)

Contact nodeware@securitystudio.com for any of the above.
