WHAT IS WALKME
WalkMe is a digital adoption tool that connects users to resources on-demand. It overlays the SecurityStudio platform and interacts with application data to simplify the user experience and reduce confusion.
HOW IT WORKS
WalkMe reads your user profile to identify the resources that would be most useful to you on each screen. As you work, WalkMe will propose content where you need it most. Content is responsive and will effortlessly guide you through workflows.

Launcher
Contextual guidance that prompts quick action or pushes relevant information.
SmartTip
Provides further guidance on forms where instructions might otherwise be lacking.
Pop-Up
Attention-grabbing messages that promote next steps and encourage interaction.
Smart Walk-Thru
Guides users through a particular process step-by-step.
Even responding when errors are encountered or the actions is already completed.
Resource
Quickly navigates users to other help resources located outside the platform.
Onboarding Task
A curated list of tasks for your user to complete to be considered "fully onboarded". Onboarding tasks will trigger reminders until completed.
If you find yourself needing more help, the WalkMe menu is available at the bottom of the screen.
Open the menu to search for helpful content or complete your onboarding tasks.
WHAT TO DO
When you log in next, look for the WalkMe menu. Bring it up any time you need to quickly fill a knowledge gap.

WHAT IF IT DOESN'T WORK
If you find that a WalkMe aid is not working for you, go to our Support Center and submit a WalkMe Issue. We will review issues and publish changes on a weekly basis.
