STEPS

  1. Click S2Org

  2. Click menu open

  3. Click Supplements

  4. Click menu closed

  5. What kind of questionnaire are you trying to copy?

    Pre-Built Questionnaire
    ​Custom Questionnaire

    Partner Questionnaire

PRE-BUILT QUESTIONNAIRE

  1. Click Pre-Built Questionnaires

  2. Click Gear

  3. Click Copy

  4. Click Confirm

  5. Click Custom Questionnaires
    ​All copies of pre-built questionnaires become custom questionnaires

  6. Look for the new copy in the list

    TIP: Look for "Copy of <Original Questionnaire>

CUSTOM QUESTIONNAIRE

  1. Click Custom Questionnaires

  2. Click Gear

  3. Click Copy

  4. Click Confirm

  5. Look for the new copy in the list
    ​TIP: Look for "Copy of <Original Questionnaire>

PARTNER QUESTIONNAIRES

  1. Click Partner Questionnaires

  2. Click Gear

  3. Click Copy

  4. Click Confirm

  5. Click Custom Questionnaires
    ​All copies of partner questionnaires become custom questionnaires

  6. Look for the new copy in the list
    ​TIP: Look for "Copy of <Original Questionnaire>
