Click S2Org
Click menu open
Click Supplements
Click menu closed
Click Custom Questionnaires
Click Questionnaire Name
If the questionnaire is deactivated, you will need to activate the questionnaire before proceeding
Click Activate
If the questionnaire is already published, you will need to go into build or edit mode
Click Edit
PLEASE NOTE: This will not impact any questionnaires currently in use
Click OK
Click OK
New version of the questionnaire is in Draft mode
