You can place an order on behalf of a customer. This can be useful if the customer is new to Sellar or when you're chatting to a customer directly to get their order in there and then
From your Orders page click New and select the customer you are placing an order for. Or from the customer's page, click Place Order.
Check the delivery address and fulfilment type, and add any delivery instructions.
Add line items to the order - you can adjust pricing here if required.
Add any custom discounts - Volume discounts will be auto-applied if applicable.
Add any custom delivery charges - standard delivery charges will be auto-calculated.
Add a comment to the order if required.
Save the order
The order will be saved as accepted. For more information on order statuses, see this guide.
