Before you can import your Trade Customers make sure that you have configured Price Tiers and Delivery Areas first.
Before you start
A few things to keep in mind whilst you are importing your customers into Sellar.
The number of customers in your Sellar List will determine what plan you're on.
If a customer is not in your Customer List in Sellar and they find you through the Sellar Market they will be classed as an Introduced Customer. This will incur an Open Ordering Fee (link). Except where customers are using your links within 28 days, which you can learn about here.
If you add a customer to your customer list in Sellar you'll appear in their Suppliers list bolstering your visibility on the platform.
Don't worry your customers won't receive any emails from us if you add them to this list. Find out more about the emails we do and don't send here.
Exporting Customer Data
The first step is to export your data. Your customer data might be stored somewhere else and needs to be exported to be sent to us. Here are some help with examples we have seen before.
Remember where ever the data is exported from it needs to be uploaded to us here.
