Finalising an Order

Once orders are ready to ship, they will need to be finalised to let your customers know they are on their way.

Once that is done, remember to mark the order as dispatched and then delivered.

Direct Orders

  1. Find and select the order you want to finalise in the list.

  2. Use Finalise to start that process

  3. Optionally update the Delivery Date (if this has changed) to let your customer know when the delivery will take place.

  4. Optionally enter a PO number if you have it

  5. Optionally choose if the order has been paid (Sellar will automatically update this if they have through Stripe)

  6. Once you press Finalised you can't go back. Your Customer will get an email to let them know their order is finalised.

Courier Orders

  2. Use Finalise to start that process.
