  1. Head over to Breww

  2. Click ‘Set up Sellar integration’

  3. Complete Breww’s integration setup

Each option is thoroughly explained and the choice comes down to your preference. We do, however, make some recommendations for the best experience (listed at the bottom of this guide).

  4. Paste your API key into the ‘Sellar API key’ field

Once you’ve pasted and are happy with your configuration, choose ‘Save settings’.

Our Configuration Recommendations

Sync Stock Levels

Unless you have a strong reason not to, syncing stock levels is the primary benefit of having Sellar and Breww connected. There is functionality in Breww to turn syncing off on a per-product basis.

Upload Order to Your Accountancy Provider

The most optimal integration ‘stack’ is: Sellar → Breww → [Your accountancy provider].

We don’t recommend integrating Sellar with Breww and Sellar with your accountancy provider directly. Should your Breww account be connected to your accountancy provider, there’s a possibility of duplicate orders/invoices.

Of course, if you don’t have your accountancy software integrated with Breww, you don’t need to be concerned with this option.

Import All Orders

Choosing ‘import all orders’ will ensure the order you receive in Sellar gets created in Breww as soon as it’s requested in Sellar. This prevents the opportunity of overselling stock and is recommended.
