Supplier Guide: Use Sellar Shipping for retail orders

πŸ’‘ Sellar will not send your webshop customers any notifications. They will only get tracking details sent to them by SMS/Email from UPS/Parcelforce

  1. Email us at shipping@sellar.io saying you'd like to use Sellar Shipping for your retail orders.

  2. We will create a dummy account in your customer list called "Retail Orders" and a dummy product called "Mixed Pack".

  3. You can use this account to place a dummy order on behalf of this customer at Β£0.

    πŸ‘‰ This is when you will input the customer's delivery address.

  4. Confirm the order with Sellar Shipping UPS to get your shipping label.

    πŸ‘‰ Input the customer's email address and phone number for tracking details from UPS.

  5. Print the label and prep the package to include it in your next collection.
