We provide your submitted items with informative ads in order to give a detailed description of each item to interested buyers. You can adjust the description in your Sellpy account. We also add professional photographs in different angles to your ads to make sure the item looks perfect on the website!
Can I change the description or photos in my ads?
Yes, during the whole sales process you can make changes to the ad. Most changes you can do on your own via the Sellpy account. Simply go into the item page and click on the edit button. The change will be updated right away in your ad!
Some changes can only be done by Sellpy, e.g. new photographs, adjust the condition, etc. . In these cases the item runs through the same process as before. In order to submit a Change Request click on the edit button at the bottom of the page.
How is the item’s condition classified?
When writing the item description, we classify the item’s overall condition into five different categories - New, Very good, Good, Acceptable or Poor. You can read a more detailed description of the different conditions here: How does Sellpy describe the condition of items?
