We provide your submitted items with informative ads in order to give a detailed description of each item to interested buyers. You can adjust the description in your Sellpy profile. We also add professional photographs in different angles to your ads to make sure the item looks perfect on the website!
Can I change the description or photos in my ads?
Yes, throughout the entire sales process, you can make changes to the ad. Most changes can be made on your own via the Sellpy profile. Simply go to the item's page and click the edit button. The change will be updated directly in your ad!
Certain changes can only be made by Sellpy, such as new photographs, adjustments for certain more valuable materials or brands, as well as updates on condition and defects. In these cases, you submit a change request at the bottom, after all the changes you can make yourself.
How is the item’s condition classified?
When writing the item description, we classify the item’s overall condition into five different categories - New, Very good, Good, Acceptable or Poor. You can read a more detailed description of the different conditions here: How does Sellpy describe the condition of items?
