Packing the Sellpy bag should be easy - as long as the bag can be closed, you are good to go. Everything that is whole, clean, and valued over 5 EUR* will be listed for sale. Make sure to pack fragile and pointy items carefully so that they don’t break during the shipping to Sellpy.

You can pack any type of items that you want, as long as they fit inside the bag and doesn’t breach Sellpy’s guidelines.

Ensure fragile items are carefully packed when sending bags to us. Minimize transport damage risk by safely packing sharp or fragile items. Pack fragile items with care, and wrap sharp items in paper and cardboard. You are responsible for ensuring intact arrival.

We only sell sets of items like shoes, dinnerware sets, or book/DVD series together.

Items without a clear link (e.g., mixed jewelry, mismatched dinnerware) is evaluated individually and therefore must be valued at least 5 EUR* on its own.

No, you only need to attach the sticker included in your bag order. If you have lost the sticker, you can write your name on a piece of paper and put it inside the bag. Other than that, you don’t need to include any other personal information with the bag. We identify that it’s your bag based on the shipping company's freight label.

No, you don't need to include any details in the bag about the submitted items. Sellpy will inspect all items and include all observable information available in your ads.
