Can I reclaim submitted items?

You can request to reclaim submitted items via your Sellpy account, as long as the items have not been sold, donated or recycled.

You have the possibility to reclaim submitted items via your Sellpy account, if you wish to get them back. We can return the full Sellpy bag to you as long as the bag is still in storage and your items have not been sorted yet.

How do I cancel the sale of an item?

Items that are posted for sale can be returned to you as long as they have not been sold, recycled or donated.

Cancel the sale by going into the item page and click on “Cancel sale and get back”. After you’ve canceled the sale, the item is placed in your shopping cart. You pay the ad fee* and shipping cost* to have the item returned.

What’s good to know is that you can cancel the sale for multiple items at the same time and add them to your shopping cart, in order to combine the shipping cost. You can even add other items that you want to buy!

How do I get rejected items back?

After the sorting of your bag is completed, you can request to have rejected items returned within 72h via the Sellpy account. Read more in this article: How are my items sorted for sale?

How do I get my full Sellpy bag back?

If you have changed your mind and no longer wish to sell with Sellpy, we can help you reclaim the whole Sellpy bag, as long as the bag has not been opened for sorting yet. Contact our customer support in order to be helped.
