To access Users and Team:
From the top bar, click on your profile photo
Select User and team from the drop-down menu
💡 This features is allowed for adminstor only
In the Users & Teams menu, you will find 2 tabs:
User allows you to invite a user and view all users in the account
Team enables you to create teams for organizing your users.
Create a User
To invite a Teammate:
Click on “create user” fill email adress, team and choose the profil
You teammate will receive an invitation
They can then choose to accept the invitation if they already have an account, granting them access to your account. Alternatively, they can create a new account if they don't already have one.
If your teammate hasn't received the invitation, you can always resend it by clicking the button on their profile
There is no limit on the number of invited users; invite as many people as you like to showcase the value of your analyses.
Edit a user
You can always edit the user's profile. In the profile actions, you will find these options:
Edit : Modify team and access profile.
Deactivate : Temporarily remove access to your account.
Delete : Remove the user from your account.
Reset Password: Convenient for users who have lost their password.
Create a Team
To create a Team
Click on “create team” and fill the team name
Go back to the 'Users' tab to assign users to the team.
Currently, there are no specific permissions assigned to each team. There is no limit on the number of Teams set up.
