Here's how to make a deposit using the Bank transfer - P2P option.

Step 1: On your App, click on Deposit

Step 2: Select Using Bank account
​


​Step 3: Enter the amount you want to deposit.

Step 4: Click on 'choose a payment method', select 'Bank Transfer - P2P', then click on "Continue".

Step 5: Complete the form by entering the required information, then click Continue.

Please fill out the form correctly, including the name of the bank you plan to transfer from, and the bank account number.

Step 6: Click Fund.

The bank account information, the amount to be sent, and the description that needs to be used as the payment reference are displayed on the page that follows.

Step 7: Please use your bank app to make the transfer, and then on your Sentz app, click "I've sent the funds."

That's it! Your order will begin processing and should be completed within the stipulated timeframe.

⚠️ Note:
- The average P2P transaction might take 1 to 4 hours to process, so please be patient and rest assured that your funds will be credited to your Sentz account.
- P2P orders placed after 9:00 pm WAT might not be processed until 9:00 am WAT the next day because the Liquidity Provider might be offline or unavailable.

All late-night P2P orders are usually credited before 9:00 am WAT.
