If you need to permanently delete your Sentz account, you can do so directly from within the app. This action will remove the wallet from your device and delete your user data on our end. Please follow these steps carefully.

Deleting your account is a permanent and irreversible action!
🔐 Fund Security: Before you delete, you MUST first withdraw any funds in your wallet and back up your 24-word Secret Recovery Phrase. If you have any funds (eUSD or other) in your wallet, this phrase is the only way to access or recover them in the future.
Sentz is a self-custody wallet, which means we do not have access to your secret recovery phrase or your funds. If you delete the app without saving your phrase, you will lose your funds forever.
Step-by-Step Guide to Deletion
From the Sentz home screen, tap the Support icon (the headset-shaped icon) in the top-right corner.
Once the Support screen pops up, tap 'Delete Account' from the listed options.
To confirm your identity, enter your 4-digit PIN.
Once you enter your PIN, you will see two options. First, tap 'Back Up Secret Recovery Phrase'.
Carefully write down or copy your 24-word phrase. Store it in a secure, offline location (like a password manager or a piece of paper).
Once you are 100% certain you have saved your Secret Recovery Phrase, return to the previous screen.
Tap the red 'Delete Account' button. This will permanently delete your wallet from this device and remove your associated data from our end.
You will be logged out and returned to the app's "Get Started" screen.
You can use your backed-up Secret Recovery Phrase to restore your wallet on any compatible device in the future.
