If you encounter a “Wrong job type. User already enrolled” error while trying to verify your Sentz account, it may mean that you have already registered and completed or initiated enrollment using your existing account details.
Sentz allows you to log in to your existing account using the same phone number and email address you originally registered with. However, entering different details may create a new account, which can cause issues when you attempt to complete KYC verification.
Why Am I Seeing the Duplicate ID Error?
You Already Have a Sentz Account
You may be seeing this error because you already have an account associated with your identification details.
When you open Sentz, you will see the Get Started button. If you tap it and enter the email address and phone number linked to your existing account, you will be logged in to that account.
You Registered Using a Different Email Address or Phone Number
If you enter an email address or phone number that differs from the details associated with your existing account, Sentz may create a new account instead of logging you into your original one.
When you subsequently attempt to verify the new account, the system may detect that your identification details have already been used for an existing enrollment and display the error:
“Wrong job type. User already enrolled.”
How Can I Resolve the Duplicate ID Error?
To resolve this issue, you need to log in to your original Sentz account rather than attempting to verify a new one.
Follow these steps:
Open the Sentz app.
Tap Get Started.
Enter the email address and phone number you used when you first registered with Sentz.
Complete the login process.
Once logged in, continue using your existing account.
Important Tip: Make sure you use the correct email address and phone number associated with your original account. Avoid creating another account to complete verification, as your identification details may already be linked to your existing enrollment.
Still Having Trouble Logging In?
If you cannot remember the email address or phone number you used to register, or you continue to receive the error after logging in with your original details, please contact Support for further assistance.
