Why didn't I receive the payment I was expecting?

Both Sender and Receiver will receive a confirmation that a transaction occurred, as well as a notice in their transaction history. A small fee will be deducted from the total amount, typically less than a penny. If a transaction issue occurs, funds will be returned to the original user. For other transaction inquiries, please email support@moby.app for assistance.

Can you cancel my payment?

Payments are sent instantly and typically settle within 5 seconds.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE REVERSED

Does Moby have transfer limits?

There are no daily or weekly transaction limits moving funds from peer-to-peer. Sentz has a $1000 maximum single transaction funding/withdrawal limit. There are no limits to how many times you can fund or withdraw.

How do I restore my Sentz Wallet ?

Upon sign up, you will receive a 24 Word Secret Phrase. It is important that you write this down. If you lose your phone, you will be able to restore your wallet to a new phone by entering this phrase.

Why is my invitation with payment stuck in processing?

After sending an invitation with payment, the receiving user must sign into Sentz app in order to receive funds and complete the transaction. Your transaction will be shown as processing until the funds have been successfully transferred to the newly created wallet.
