We're currently working on getting additional providers that will help you better fund and withdraw from your Moby wallet. In the meantime, you can fund or withdraw through an exchange.
To fund your wallet:
Tap "Fund" from the wallet screen
Choose "With Stablecoins" as your funding method
Copy the wallet address. We recommend sending through the Polygon network since the fees are significantly lower.
Paste the wallet address as the recipient in your exchange app (you can use Coinbase, Binance.US, Binance, or other exchanges that are supported in your region.)
Make sure that you are sending through the right network. This is based on what you selected from the Moby stablecoin funding screen (either Polygon or Ethereum).
Please send less than 5000 USDC/USDT at atime to avoid unfavorable exchange rates.
Launch Moby and keep the app open until the funding transaction completes.
To withdraw from your wallet:
Select "Withdraw" on the wallet screen
Choose your prerferred options including: stableoins, bank account, eUSD wallet, and more.
Chose "As USDT/USDC" as your withdrawal method for the crypto withdrawal option
Copy and paste your exchange wallet address. We recommend adding a wallet address the accepts USDT or USDC via the Polygon network for lower fees.
Enter the amount that you want to withdraw
Confirm your withdrawal
Leave Sentz app open until the withdrawal completes to ensure fast setlements.
