You can send funds as stablecoins from external wallets or exchanges to Sentz. Once you receive the funds in Sentz, they will be converted to eUSD and reflected in your balance. Please keep the app open when sending a deposit.
Open your Sentz app and choose the āDepositā option on the home screen.
Go to the 'Using Crypto' section.
You'll see a list of the cryptocurrencies we support, along with their respective networks. Please copy the correct address for the right network to ensure your deposit is credited to your wallet.
With the USDT option, you can send over on the TRON, Polygon, or BNB Smart Chain network. With the USDC option, you can only send via the Polygon network.
To use the USDT or USDC option, click on USDT OR USDC. Copy the wallet address for the network thatās compatible with your external wallet.
Paste the deposit wallet address into the external wallet. Double-check that you are using the same network.
After you've successfully sent the correct crypto from your external wallet, refresh your Sentz app to receive the incoming deposit.
The funds will automatically convert to eUSD and settle into the eUSD balance on your app homepage.Please keep the app open while the funds are swapped from USDC or USDT to eUSD for quicker settlements.
