With our app, you own your funds, unlike a bank account where they hold your funds. Remember your pin, backup your recovery phrase, and store a second copy somewhere safe.
You created your pin when you created your account. If you ever lose your phone, simply verify your phone, email and then enter your pin to restore your wallet on a new device.
You can also backup your 24 word recovery phrase on your device. If you didn't do this during sign up, just go to "Profile" > "Privacy and Security" > "Backup".
You should also write down your 24 word recovery phrase and store it somewhere safely in the event that you forget your pin and cannot access your device backup.
Head to "Profile" > "Secret Phrase", and then enter your pin to view and write down your secret phrase.
Note that if you backed up on an Android, this will only work on another Android device. The same goes for iOS.
