Side Note: If you are in a country approved on the Paybis list of supported countries [click here to view the list] but your transaction gets declined, it may be because of the following:
We may suggest you contact your bank or the credit card company to specify the following:
1. If your card is eligible for international and online transactions;
2. If you are enrolled in the 3DSecure program;
3. If there are no limits set to your card, and cryptocurrency purchases are allowed
4. If you have enough funds in your account to complete the transaction.
After you clarify the above with the bank or the credit card company, you can make a new payment attempt.
