    NOTE: If you are in any of the approved countries on the Paybis list of supported countries [click here to view the list] but your transaction gets declined, it may be because of the following:

    We kindly advise that you contact your bank or the credit card company to specify the following:
    1. If your card is eligible for international and online transactions;
    2. If you are enrolled in the 3DSecure program;
    3. If there are no limits set to your card, and cryptocurrency purchases are allowed
    4. If you have enough funds in your account to complete the transaction.
    After you clarify the above with the bank or credit card company, you can make another payment attempt.
