Organizing Your Accounts

Once your accounts are connected, it's time to make your map easy to understand at a glance.

Whether you're working solo or sharing parts of your Sequence with a team, a clean, well-organized layout makes everything smoother.

Here’s how to get there.

Start with a clear layout

The way you arrange your accounts, Pods, and flows matters.

We recommend sticking to simple visual structures:

→ Horizontal layout

Left to right:

Income → Accounts/ Pods → Pods → Transfers → Destination

This works beautifully if you think of money like a pipeline.

↓ Vertical layout

Top to bottom:

Source accounts at the top → Organized flows underneath

This layout is great if you’re stacking Pods or organizing by category.

Select and move accounts faster

You can reorganize your Sequence map easily - especially with a few quick tips:

  • Shift + Click (Mac/PC): Select multiple accounts, Pods, or transfers at once

  • Click and drag: Rearrange items anywhere on the map

  • Align elements visually for cleaner flows (group related Pods under the same source)

Pro tip: Use space intentionally

Don’t be afraid to:

  • Add space between sections to reduce visual clutter

  • Group similar items (e.g. all savings Pods on one side)

  • Use labels or consistent naming (like “Emergency Pod” vs “Vacation Pod”)

Keep going

Once your layout feels clean and intuitive —

you don’t have to build everything from scratch.
