Setting up your Income Source account is simple, and it's the key to unlocking real-time automations in Sequence.
Follow these steps to get started:
Add a new Income Source
At the bottom of your map, click the Plus button on the left end of the bar
Choose Income Source from the list of options
Name your account
This is totally up to you. A few examples:
Salary – Acme Corp Salary
Venmo – Side Hustle Income
Freelance – Stripe Payouts
Select your Beneficiary
This will be the entity that owns this income source
If the income is for you personally, select yourself
If the income is tied to a business, add a business Beneficiary and choose that instead
You’re all set
Your new Income Source will show up on your map with a routing and account number.
You can now:
Receive direct deposits
Accept ACH transfers
Instantly trigger automations as money lands
Deleting an Income Source
Need to remove one? Here's how:
Click into the Income Source you want to delete
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner
Select Delete (or Rename if you just want to update the label)
