From the Activity Log, you can download exactly the document you need, whether it's an official bank statement or a filtered CSV for quick analysis.
Just click Download Reports in the top right corner, and you’ll see three options:
1. Transfer History by Beneficiary (CSV)
What it is:
A CSV export that organizes all transfers by beneficiary.
When to use it:
Reconciling activity by entity or person
Reviewing money movement tied to a specific business or individual
Preparing records for bookkeeping or tax purposes
What it includes:
A spreadsheet showing every transfer, grouped by the beneficiary it belongs to.
2. Official Account Statement (PDF)
What it is:
Your formal, bank-issued account statement.
When to use it:
For accountants, auditors, or lenders
When you need official documentation for recordkeeping or financial reviews
Anytime you would normally provide a traditional checking account statement
What it includes:
A professionally formatted PDF statement, identical to what you’d expect from any FDIC-insured bank.
3. Current View (CSV)
What it is:
A CSV export of exactly what you’re seeing in your Activity Log — filtered and sorted however you’ve set it.
When to use it:
After filtering by date, account, beneficiary, activity type, or status
For quick reconciliations
When you need a targeted report, not the whole history
What it includes:
A line-by-line CSV of the current filtered list in your Activity Log.
