What does Target Balance mean?

Target balance allows you to set a target for each pod. The target is only visual but allows you to set and track goals for your pods, like saving for a trip, a future investment, or the usual amount you wish to set aside for expenses. The target doesn't affect any rules or influence any cash movement and you can edit/delete the target balance if you wish to.
