Once you have purchased your Digital Pressing, it makes sense that you would want to make the most out of it - so this is the one stop shop on how to take advantage of this new innovation in music.
After your purchase
Once you have completed your purchase of a Digital Pressing, it should appear on your profile page shortly. If it's not there immediately don't worry, sometimes the delivery can take a couple of minutes when there is high site traffic
To access your edition, and all the features of it, please;
Click the icon in the top right hand corner of the page
Select 'Profile' from the sidebar
Once on your profile, scroll down to your 'Collection'
Click the relevant Digital Pressing that you want to access
NB: if it says 'Pending', just wait a couple of minutes while the transaction is finalised
This will take you to your specific edition and will unlock all of the content.
NB: if you just access the general product page from the homepage for instance, you will not be able to experience the exclusive content
Listening to the Song/ Album/ EP
Once purchased, you can stream your Digital Pressing on the Serenade website when logged in. As above, navigate to your edition of the Digital Pressing through your 'Collection' on your profile and click the play button on the left-hand side of the screen underneath the cover art.
Rather than playlisting or creating a queue, Serenade hopes to bring back a slice of the good ol' days where you put on your record and listen to it from start to finish as intended!
Downloading your Digital Pressing
If you'd like to listen offline or are experiencing problems with streaming it on platform, our best advice is to download the audio and add it to whatever offline streaming service you use (ie. iTunes).
To do download the track-delineated audio files, click the 'Download Audio' button to the right of the track listing (have a look at this article for more information on that)
Accessing the Bonus Content
One of the great benefits of the Digital Pressing being a digital format, is the broad creative canvas that it gives artists to add exclusive extra content to their release. All of this content is stored in the 'Rewards' section on your edition page.
Similar to above;
Access your edition through your profile
Scroll down the page to the 'Rewards' section (Just under the 'Tracks' and 'Download Audio' section
Click the coloured download button to the right of each of the Rewards
NB: We recommend downloading the content on your computer rather than your phone as some files might be quite large and there's less risk of your download being interrupted halfway through
Viewing the Owners
If you are interested to see who else owns that Digital Pressing (or just want to see your name proudly listed among them), explore the 'Owner's' module below the 'Rewards' section.
Scroll down to find your or other's names and click on their username to see their collection!
