How do I set up my account?
To set up your account, please follow these steps:
Add Your Clinic Info
From the left-side menu, navigate to Settings → Information to fill in the basics about your clinic, such as name, location, and contact details. Click “Save” when you're done.
Share More About Your Practice
To give veterinarians more information about your practice, go to Settings → Practice Details. Here, you can include helpful details such as the type of practice you run, the services you offer, and the practice management system you use. This helps veterinarians know what to expect before applying. Be sure to save your updates.
Review and Sign the Contract
Go to Settings → Contract to review and sign the agreement. There is a handy FAQ section at the bottom to answer common questions and provide a quick overview. Once the contract is signed, your posted shifts will become visible to our network of relief veterinarians.
Set Up Your Payment Method
Go to Settings → Billing Settings to add your payment method. Serenity Vet only processes payments after a shift has been completed. This ensures a smooth, secure experience for everyone involved.

We recommend setting up your Profitability Calculator to get insights into how relief coverage fits into your budget.
