Fixes (9):
Enable Serial Number Setting does not reflect while adding new stock
Even after enabling serial numbers setting in the system defaults, the "Enable Serial Number" option on SKU would still show as disabled. This issue did not impact older stock but caused confusion when creating new stock items. This issue has been resolved.
When the radio button is set to off from the system defaults, the "Enable Serial Number" checkbox will be disabled for new stock items. Conversely, when the radio button is set to on, the checkbox will be enabled for new stock items. This fix ensures that the serial number enablement setting is consistently applied, improving the accuracy and reliability of stock creation.
Cost and List Price Fields Not Pulling Data in Job Sheet
In the Job Sheet, the cost and list price fields in the parts dictionary were not displaying data. This issue has been resolved. The necessary changes have been made to ensure that the cost and list price data are are displayed correctly in the job sheet.
New Job Screen Pre-populated with Last Viewed Job Details
When attempting to raise a new job after viewing or editing a job, the new job screen was incorrectly pre-populated with details from the last viewed job. A fix has been applied to ensure that when a new job is raised, only expected fields are pre-populated. This fix improves the accuracy and reliability of creating new jobs.
Date Raised Field One Hour Off from Call Date and Time
The "Date Raised" field in task details was consistently an hour off from the "Call Date and Time" field at the job level. This discrepancy occurred even when the call date and time were edited, causing the "Date Raised" field to adjust but still remain an hour out. This issue has been resolved. The system now ensures that the "Date Raised" field in task details matches the "Call Date and Time" field at the job level.
Inconsistent Popup Title for Job Cancellation
When cancelling a job in Job Control, the system displayed an inconsistent popup message. After confirming the cancellation, the popup box showed an 'error' message while also advising that the job was successfully cancelled. This inconsistency caused confusion for users. This issue has been resolved. The popup title for a successfully cancelled job now correctly displays ‘Cancel’ as the header of the popup.
Old Invoices Appearing in Contract Invoice Schedule
Users reported an issue where old invoices were appearing as ready to be invoiced in the contract invoice schedule. This issue has been resolved. The system now correctly handles the invoice dates ensuring that old invoices do not incorrectly appear as ready to be invoiced. This fix prevents the risk of double invoicing and ensures accurate invoice scheduling.
Icon Visibility in Mobile Device
When editing a profile on a mobile device under the engineers section, the delete/trash bin icon was difficult to see due to its colour being too similar to the background. This made it hard for users to locate and use the delete option effectively. This issue has been resolved. The colour of the delete/trash bin icon has been changed to white, matching the edit button, ensuring that all icons are clearly visible and easily accessible.
VAT Code Required Error When Editing Jobs
Users were unable to save changes when editing jobs due to an error message stating that the VAT code is required, even though the VAT code was already set. This issue has been resolved. The system now correctly handles the VAT code requirement. This fix ensures consistent and reliable job editing functionality across all tenants.
Date Filter Not Working on Service Contract Invoices
When attempting to filter service contract invoices by selecting a date in the "Next Invoice Date" field and clicking "Filter Invoice Rows," an error would be displayed. This issue prevented users from effectively filtering invoices by date. This issue has been resolved. The "Next Invoice Date" filter now works correctly, allowing users to filter service contract invoices without encountering errors.
