How to grant Branch Access

Branches you create will not be visible in the Branch list until you grant the necessary permissions to your account and/or any other users who require access.

The account granting permission will need to have access to User Management.

Assign permissions

Once you have created a new branch, ensure the account you are currently logged in to has access.

To do this:

  • Go to My Profile via the User Settings under the My Account menu.

  • Select Edit.

  • In edit mode, navigate to View Branch Access Permissions.

  • Select the required branches.

  • Finally, click Save.

Afterwards, log out and log back into Service Geeni to apply the changes.

You may also need to clear your browser cache.

Congratulations! You have been given access to the new Branch.
