Customized Company Logo on Customer Portal
The customer portal will now feature your company logo! To apply your logo, simply upload it through the system settings under the company address section on the web portal. If no logo is uploaded, the default Service Geeni logo will be displayed.
New “Completed Jobs” Tab for the Subcontractor Portal
Completed Jobs Tab in the Subcontractor portal that will display all jobs that have been completed in the last 120 days.
A tooltip on the job will let the user know the number of days the job will stay on the completed tab. The tooltip will be seen when the job has 90 days remaining on the tab
Completed Jobs will be in Read only mode which means the job cannot be edited.
The user will be able to access Job sheets of a completed job.
Once the job is submitted from the SG web portal, the user can also see the Subcontractor Purchase Order associated with a job
User can view tasks under the completed job.
The 'All' tab will also display the completed jobs.
Document Export Options for CSV in Communication Centre
The document export options in Communication centre are now extended to include CSV format export options. Users can now export invoices as Excel, PDF, or CSV.
New fields added to Self Service Reports Data sets in Business Intelligence
Added the following fields to the SSR Data sets in Business Intelligence -> Self service reporting where users can customize their dashboards.
Invoice and Purchase Invoice Nominals Data Sets: Added the fields NominalCode, DepartmentCode, and CostCentre to the InvoiceNominals and PurchaseInvoiceNominal data sets. These fields are now included in both data sets to provide more comprehensive information to the users dashboard.
Jobs Data Set: Added the fields Number of Tasks and Number of TCCs to the Jobs data set in SSR. These additions will enhance the data set by providing more detailed task and TCC information.

Stock History Report Export Issue
In the Business Intelligence module where exporting the Stock History report using the “Excel Data” option resulted in multiple sheets and larger file sizes. The report now exports as a single sheet with optimized file size.
Inconsistent Invoice Numbering in Sales Orders
Invoice numbers were not consecutive when creating new Sales Orders. The code has been updated to ensure that invoice numbers are generated in sequence. For miscellaneous invoices, the sequence will be generated only when the invoice is printed, ensuring consistency even if drafts are previewed multiple times.
Engineer filter displaying incorrect values in enquiry
While using the engineer filter for Stock -> Stock Enquiry there was an issue where using the engineer filter sometimes displayed other engineers’ van stock and displayed misleading on-hand values. The filter now correctly shows stock related to the selected engineer, and the on-hand values are accurate.
