Let's get to grips with the Mobile App!
The Service Geeni Mobile app is a versatile tool for managing jobs, tracking tasks, and staying connected on the go. It is compatible with Windows, iOS, and Android. You can access features like job scheduling, task tracking, and communication with the admin team. The app simplifies daily workflows and keeps engineers productive, organised, and connected with options to raise quotes, manage resources, and complete tasks efficiently.

Moving around the app
Within the app, there are three pages to switch between each with different functionality and unique uses.
Jobs Page
This is where you can view all your tasks, as well as raise jobs, attach documents and signatures, view and add Forms, manage your hours, and much much more.
Diary
The Diary page lets you view your schedule by day, week, or month and in the summary view, you can see all your tasks in list format.
Summary
In the Summary view, you can see all your tasks in list format.
Jobs Page
The first screen you will see when after setting up your account is the Jobs page.
In the top right hand corner, you have the Mobile menu and the notifications icon.
Across the top, you have the KPI bar and Job Search filters.
The bottom menu allows you to swap view modes:

Summary
Scanner
In the centre, you have your current Jobs as Job Cards.
KPI Indicators
The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) bar at the top of the Jobs page provides essential metrics for Pending Today, Awaiting Signature and In Progress.
Search Filter
The Filter section has been moved to a filter icon located at the top left of the screen, next to the KPIs. The filters now open as a pop-up, optimising screen space.
Job Cards
Each job card displays the most important details, allowing you to quickly scan critical information.
The buttons at the bottom of the Job Card provide the following functionalities:
Charge Code Indicator
The coloured line above each job card shows the charge code assigned to the job.
If an emergency job comes up, the card will be highlighted accordingly.
Job Card Menu
When you click on a card and begin working on it, this is the menu that you will see.
The horizontal menu at the top features four options:
All actions from the top menu open in a pop-up from the bottom of the screen.
Notifications
The bell icon in the top panel serves as the gateway to the Notifications Center, where all incoming messages, alerts, and notifications are accessible.
The Unread section displays notifications that you haven’t opened or read yet, while the All section shows all notifications, including both read and unread messages.
Diary
The Diary view in the app allows you to not only keep track of your tasks but also gives a visual representation of the tasks ahead.
You can choose from four different view modes:
Day
Work Week
Week
Month View
Using the left/right arrow will take you to the previous and next of what is listed i.e. by Day.
Summary Page
Here you can easily view all your currently assigned jobs.
Scanner (Scan barcode/QR Code)
Once you link the scanner to your device's camera, you can use it to scan codes on equipment items.
Scanning a code will take you to the new job form where you can input the following:
Customer Name
Site
Equipment
Issue
Select the Site
If a barcode isn't registered, an error will pop up telling you that it doesn't exist, so make sure you have added it accordingly. Barcodes can be entered on the mobile app when you create or add the equipment.
Mobile Menu
The mobile menu is a powerful tool condensing vital tools allowing you to get the most out of the app.
This menu is only available on the Job and Summary views.
In-app Messaging
The in-app messenger allows you, the user to send and receive messages to and from the back office.
New Job / Quote
Raise New Job
This allows you to create a new job directly from the app.
You can raise a Site or Equipment Job.
Quote Request
Quote requests can be raised within a job or directly from the job list.
Quotes are sent for review before being accepted, and they can be customised with terms and conditions.
Change Activity
You can easily swap between activities with this option. This will only appear if you are currently on another job, allowing you to change activity.
Job Stopwatch
The stopwatch tracks labour and travel time. You can engage the stopwatch by:
Selecting Start the Task or Travelling to Job buttons.
Any breaks pause the tracking, ensuring time is accurately recorded.
Daily Certificates
Daily Certificates refer to any Forms (TCCs) available for use.
System
Under the system dropdown, you can:
Refresh All Data: This ensures your app is up-to-date with the latest jobs and tasks from the central system, which is useful if there have been changes made from the office that you haven't seen yet.
Refresh Individual Data: You can use this if you want to refresh or update the data on a singular job.
Change Engineer: You can log out and change engineers here.
Change Language: Here you have the option to choose from seven languages:
English
Swedish
German
French
Norwegian
Polish
Slovak
My Details
The Day Summary section opens a window showing you all of your activities, such as completed tasks or messages sent.
Holiday/Sick Leave simply lets you view and request holiday or sick leave.
More Options
The Enquiry section allows you to search for information by job, tools, equipment, day summary and timesheet.
Pick, Pack and Dispatch (if available).
Accept Parts
Goods Receiving
Part Requests
FGAS (if available)
Complete a Job with Multiple Tasks in one go.
When selecting a job with multiple tasks, you can Select and Complete all tasks.
Finish The Day
When you are ready to end the day, you can click Finish The Day to stop the clock on your active jobs progress, this will close the App.
