If your vehicle has a salvage title and is 10 model years old or newer, it must pass a rebuilt vehicle inspection before it can be issued a rebuilt title and put back on the road. These inspections can be completed by any Licensed Operator.

If your vehicle is more than 10 model years old, no inspection is required to change it from a salvage title to a rebuilt title. You can apply for the title change at any time.
