When filling out your disability placard application, you’ll be prompted to select between the type of disability placard request: new, renewal, or replacement. You will also be asked for the number of placards requested.

If you already have a valid disability placard and would like an additional placard, select "new" under type of placard and continue with the application.

If you are applying for the first time, or need to renew your disability placard, simply select the “2 placards” option to request two placards at the same time. It is important to remember that a placard is issued to the person with the disability, not the vehicle. If you are in the car when your spouse is driving, you may take your placard with you.
