What Does "Cannot pull PMS record" Mean When I go to Reservations?

Mews Reservations showing that they can't pull PMS record

This is due to a Reservation being edited in Mews.

  1. Go to the Booking that has this error

  2. Unlink the Reservations in the Reservations tab

  3. Go to the Group tab and press Sync
