What Does "PMS Sync Error. Invalid GroupIds" Mean?

Reservations not syncing - Invalid GroupIds error

Whenever you encounter the "PMS Sync Error. Invalid GroupIds" error when visiting the Reservations tab in a Booking, please do the following:

  1. Go to the Relevant Booking and select the Reservation Tab

  2. Unlink the Reservation

  3. Go to the Details Tab

  4. Press on the Fetch from PMS Button in the Group
