Why Can't I Edit My Menu or Line Items in a Booking?

Learn why menu or line items can’t be edited in Event Temple once posted to Mews and how to check the "Posted to PMS" column for locked or editable items.

Menu or line items that have been sent to Mews cannot be edited in Event Temple. To verify, open a Booking, go to the "Line Item" tab, and scroll right to the "Posted to PMS" column to see which items are locked.

  • Posted to PMS – Locked: These items have been sent to Mews and cannot be edited.

  • Not posted to PMS – Editable: These items are still editable in Event Temple.
