Posting Menu Items before/after the Event End Date can only be done if manually posting by Menu Item. You can post charges at any time and also manually set the consumption date.
If you try to post charges with a consumption date in the past that falls outside the editable window, the following error message will appear: Charges cannot be posted if the consumption date is older than the editable window range.
You can only adjust the past consumption date within the allowance of your Accounting editable history window set in MEWS. To see what your Accounting editable history window is, please check your setting in Mews.
