Prepayment Invoices must be paid in full before they can sync to Mews. Once a Prepayment Invoice is Finalized and shows an Amount Due of $0, it will automatically sync with Mews.
Troubleshooting Tip:
Ensure that you have mapped all of your payment types between Event Temple and MEWS in your PMS Settings.
