What do you mean by "COD Parts Ordering"?

Is there a fee for me to use this service in HUB?

There are no fees for our servicers to leverage parts ordering through HUB.

Can I search across Parts Distributors (PDs)?

Not at this time, currently, we are only integrated with Encompass Parts. This feature will be available as we partner with other PDs.

What if I work with another PD that I want to work with in HUB?

Let the parts distributor know that you would like them to work with ServicePower HUB. Also, reach out to our team at service@servicepower.com.

Do I have to have an existing relationship with Encompass to order parts through HUB?

Yes. However, if you do not already have an existing Encompass account, you can set one up here.

I have an existing account with Encompass. How do I connect this account to HUB?

When attempting to order parts for the first time, you will be prompted to sign in with your Encompass credentials.

How many times do I have to login in to Encompass via HUB to order parts?

It is a one time log-in after checking the box to save your Encompass account information for future parts orders.

How do I setup an account with Encompass if I don’t already have one?

Visit the Encompass website to create an account: encompass.com/general/Account-Create. Or call Encompass directly at 855-735-4963.
