How to Create a User

Adding new Users to Sesimi in order to share Assets and add to Teams.

There’s always room for more people in Sesimi. The more the merrier!
Here's how to add new Users to your network.

Note: By default, users created are Member Users. If you want to upgrade a Member User to an Admin User, you can do so after they've been created.

  1. Click on your Profile icon (coloured circle at top right of screen) and select Settings from the drop-down menu.




  2. Select the Users tab.

  3. Click Create and then select Create User.


    This opens a Create user window, as shown below:


  4. Add in the full name and email of the new User.

  5. Click Create.

    Sesimi will create the new User and send them an email with a link and temporary password they can use to login to Sesimi (they can change their password immediately after using their temporary password).

    When returning to the User tab you’ll see the new User has been added to the list. You don’t need to wait until they log in if you want to add them immediately to a Team or share an Asset with them.
