Welcome to Sesimi Users. Adding new users to your network is a simple process that allows you to collaborate and share assets seamlessly. Follow these steps to create new users, and remember, once a user is created, you can easily share assets with them or add them to teams.
Access Settings:
Click on your Profile icon (the colored circle at the top right of the screen). From the drop-down menu, select Settings.
Navigate to the Users Tab:
In the Settings menu, select the Users tab.
Create a New User:
Click Create and then select Create User. This will open the Create User window.
Enter User Details:
In the Create User window, fill in the full name and email address of the new user.
Click Create.
Completion and Notifications:
Sesimi will create the new user and send them an email with a link and a temporary password for logging in. The user can change their password immediately after logging in with the temporary password.
Verify and Add to Teams or Share Assets:
Return to the Users tab to see the new user added to the list.
You do not need to wait for the new user to log in to add them to a team or share an asset with them. This can be done immediately after their creation.
Additional Tips
Upgrading Users: By default, new users are created as Member Users. If you need to upgrade a Member User to an Admin User, you can do this after the user has been created.
