Getting your head around Pre-approval statuses is halfway to getting your Claim underway!
Here's what the different statuses mean -
Pending: Your Pre-approval is currently under review.
Declined: Your Pre-approval request has been reviewed and is not accepted. You will not be able to make a Claim for this marketing initiative.
Revision Requested: The Reviewer requires a revision of your Pre-approval. The Reviewer will provide the necessary amendments to be actioned before resubmitting.
Revised: Your revisions are under being reviewed.
Approved: Pre-approval has been granted. You can now proceed with your marketing initiative.
Cancelled: Your Pre-approval request has been cancelled.
