Why aren’t any time slots showing when I try to book ?

If no time slots appear after clicking “Book,” don’t worry — this is normal in some cases.

There are two possible scenarios :

  • You can select a date on the calendar

    This means the hotel operates on a booking request basis.
    After selecting a date, you’ll be able to indicate your preferred time slots in the “Preferred time slots” field, then follow the usual booking steps.
    The hotel will contact you within 24 hours to propose a time slot and confirm the reservation.

  • All dates are greyed out

    In this case, the hotel currently has no availability for this experience.
    You can contact us and let us know:

    • the name of the experience,

    • your preferred dates or time slots.

      We’ll check directly with the hotel to see what can be arranged for you.
