If no time slots appear after clicking on "Book", don’t worry, there are two possible situations.
You can select a date in the calendar :
This means the hotel requires a booking request.
You simply need to :
Choose a date
Indicate your preferences in the "Desired slots" field before finalizing your request.
The hotel will then get back to you within 24 hours to propose a time slot and confirm your booking.
If no dates can be selected :
This means the hotel currently has no availability for this experience.
If your desired date is still far away, we recommend waiting, as availability is often updated progressively by the hotels.
If your date is soon, it is unlikely that new time slots can be opened, as this generally means the hotel is already fully booked.
However, you can contact us via the chat available on our website, providing the name of the experience you have selected and your preferred dates/time slots. We will check directly with the hotel to see what can be arranged for you.
