How do I change the date of my booking?

Conditions

Bookings can generally be modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled date.
However, some hotels have specific policies, which are detailed at the time of booking and in your confirmation email.


How to proceed

Click the booking management link found in your confirmation email.

If you can’t find the email, you can retrieve your booking by entering your email address or phone number here:
https://joinsezame.com/booking


Depending on the type of experience :

  • If time slots are available, you can directly select a new one from your booking page.

  • If the experience is by booking request, you’ll need to contact the hotel directly to agree on a new date based on availability.
