How do I change the date of my booking?

Explanation of how to change the date of a booking.

Reservations can usually be changed up to 24 hours before the scheduled date. However, some hotels have different policies, indicated at the time of booking and in the confirmation email.

To modify your reservation :

  1. Go to the reservation management link in your confirmation email.

  2. If you have lost this email, you can retrieve your reservation here: https://joinsezame.com/booking.

  • If the experience offers time slots, you can directly choose a new one.

  • If the experience works by reservation request, you will need to contact the hotel to arrange a new available date.
