What do I do if my gift card doesn't work?

1. If your gift card code is marked as invalid

After entering your code in the “Promotional code” section and clicking “Apply”, you receive a message indicating that the code is invalid?

Please check the following:

  • The code is exactly 12 characters long, using uppercase letters and numbers, with no spaces.

  • Your card is still within its 1-year validity period (from the date of purchase).

  • The remaining balance on the card has not been fully used.

  • After multiple failed attempts, your card may have been temporarily blocked for security reasons.

If the problem persists despite these checks, please contact us, and include your gift card code so we can run the necessary verifications.


2. If you’re unable to book the experience recommended on the card

The experience shown on your gift card is only a suggestion.
Your card is still valid for any experience available on our website.

Please note :

  • The suggested experience may have become unavailable since the card was purchased.

  • There may currently be no available time slots for that particular offer.

In this case, you have two options:

  • Book another experience of your choice,

  • Or contact us to see if we can make the originally recommended experience available to you.
