Your gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. It can be used for all experiences available on our website.
The gift card does not constitute a booking on its own, a reservation is required in order to enjoy your experience.
How to use it
To use your gift card and book your experience :
Choose the experience of your choice.
Click on "Book"and follow the steps.
At the payment stage, enter your gift card code in the "Add a promotion code" field.
Click on “Apply”, and the amount will be automatically deducted.

To view the digital version of your gift card, including all details (validity date, recommended experience, remaining balance), use the link below and replace the “X” characters with your gift card number:

Lost card : what to do?
If you have lost your gift card code, please contact us via the chat available on our website and provide the email address used at the time of purchase.
