If you want to clear your completed forms from your Diary Checklist, you have the option to 'Hide Completed Tasks'
If you fill out daily forms frequently, you can opt to hide completed tasks. This ensures that once you complete a task, it won't be displayed on your screen anymore.
To do this:
Log in to the Mobile/Tablet
Go to the Menu tab
Click Settings
Click Hide Complete Tasks and Done.
