Completed Equipment Forms

View all maintenance history, inspections, and forms completed for any piece of equipment in one consolidated timeline.


View All Forms for a Piece of Equipment

To see every form completed for specific equipment:

  1. Log into your Admin Console

  2. Go to Equipment

  3. Select the equipment you want to check (e.g. Upright Freezer)

  4. Click the Completed Forms tab



All historical forms appear in chronological order, newest to oldest.


Filter Forms by Date Range

To view maintenance completed during a specific period:

  1. Open an Equipment Profile

  2. Open the Completed Forms tab

  3. Select your start or last updated date



The date filter will apply once clicked. The view narrows to show only forms started or updated (if selected) within that timeframe.


Filter Forms by Search

To view specific forms, use the Search Bar.

  1. Open the Completed Forms view

    Type in the Search bar

    • Who completed the form (name of User)

    • The Form Name



Export your Completed Forms:

You are able to export your Completed Forms as a CSV list.


To do this:

  1. Open the Completed Forms view

  2. Make any Filter adjustments to narrow down your list

  3. Click Download as CSV




The filtered list will export to your downloads as a CSV.



What Appears in Completed Forms

The tab automatically shows:

If a form involved multiple pieces of equipment, it appears in the Completed Forms tab for each one.

Things to Know

Equipment must be linked: Only forms explicitly linked to the equipment appear here. (that mention, or are completed from the Equipment Profile). General forms without equipment context won't show up.

Combine Filters: To maximise your search results, combine filters.

View only: This is a historical record. You can't edit completed forms from this tab. To do this, log into your Mobile App.

No setup required: The tab appears automatically for all equipment records. All historical data is included.


Common Uses

For warranty claims: Filter by the required date range and access all maintenance records.

For equipment handovers: Show operators the complete maintenance history in one view.

For compliance audits: Pull up all inspections and maintenance for the audit period.

For troubleshooting: Check what maintenance was done before an issue appeared.
